Staging & Kitting

The last thing you want to see is the arrival of mobile hardware partially assembled. Staging and kitting services add immense value to your organization, and SMG3’s certified engineers are prepared to handle all aspects of device configuration and readiness.

Project Management

An assigned SMG3 Project Manager will initiate, plan, and execute your deployment from start to finish. Including but not limited to procurement, scheduling, punch list management, and training.

On-Site Support

A case can be opened with SMG3 support and we will troubleshoot over the phone to determine what the issue is and if onsite support is needed. If it is determined that onsite support is needed, SMG3 will schedule a time and date with the customer to go onsite. SMG3 supports any product sold by or under service contract with SMG3.
