Strategic Mobility Group, LLC to Offer Unlimited Paid Time Off
Employees generously offered unrestricted paid time off, the company announced Tuesday.
SCHAUMBURG, IL – (May 20, 2016) – Like many Fortune 500 companies, industry-leading technology provider, Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3), is taking on the amazing benefit of offering unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO). Effective June 1, 2016, SMG3 employees will be afforded the flexibility to take vacation, personal time, and time off for illness as necessary while still being compensated.
Recognizing the need for employees to take time away from the office, SMG3 created this new PTO policy so that employees may remain financially secure during their need for time off.
