SCHAUMBURG, IL – (March 9, 2016) – Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3) is privileged to be a Zebra Authorized Service Provider-also known as ZASP. A ZASP has a proven track record of quality service and support for all Zebra products.

Fonjemie – an expert on Zebra printers, in particular – is one of many ZASPs at SMG3. When SMG3 receives malfunctioning printers from clients, he performs comprehensive tests and diagnostics to determine if the devices are worth repairing.
In addition to running ZASP initiatives in-house, Fonjemie travels onsite to clients’ warehouses. Furthermore, Fonjemie not only services the products when he is on location, but also trains and educates the employees on printers and programming, which is an integral part of his visit.
