Chief Marketing Officer
Michael Grudecki has been with SMG3 since 2015, and was named Chief Marketing Officer in January, 2019. As CMO, Grudecki is responsible for developing and deploying Strategic Mobility Groups marketing strategy, in conjunction with overseeing the expansion of SMG3’s internal marketing team. Grudecki brings extensive senior leadership to SMG3 with over 20 years of industry experience, and has a proven track record of driving ROI for key marketing initiatives.
In his previous role as Vice President of Inside Sales and Marketing, Grudecki was tasked with restructuring the marketing department. He also aided in the creation of SMG3’s Inside Sales Team, launched multiple websites including SMG3’s first e-commerce platform (BarcodingStore.com) and clinical communications platform (SMG3RXtech.com), and has been a monumental asset in elevating SMG3’s branding on social media. As an active member of SMG3’s commitment to “Being The Good”, he has participated in numerous charity drives and volunteered in the local community.
Prior to SMG3, Michael worked for Zebra Technologies, making a name for himself within the Auto Identification/Data Collection (AIDC) industry. Grudecki has also led sales organizations and worked on multi-location, national technology rollouts.
