Honeywell pricing change notification to take effect August 1st, 2021.

Dear SMG3 Valued Client,

Within the past months, several shortages, inflation, increasing demands, and industry challenges have led to a steady rise in costs for raw materials, transportation, and freight. As a result, SMG3’s cost to serve has been directly impacted regarding Honeywell products.

However, we continue to seek ways to minimize price increases for you, our valued clients, which is why we have taken several proactive actions to lessen changes by working closely with leading technology providers to manage supply chains, inventory deliveries, and incentive programs.

While these efforts have enabled us to absorb the bulk of the impact, we must still take additional steps and adjust our pricing for all Honeywell products, starting August 1st, 2021. This price change will apply to mobile computers, scanners, printing supplies, and accessories. SMG3 Services, software and some voice solutions will not be affected by this change.

What actions should clients take?

Our original goal to best serve our customers with cost saving, performance enhancing mobile computing remains. We continue to enable clients to generate higher revenue and profits through scalable enterprise solutions and services, which is why we encourage clients to do the following:

Meet with your SMG3 account
representative as soon as
possible to develop a plan and
finalize renewals

Place hardware orders
and procurement requests

Work alongside your account
representative to identify
opportunities currently located
in your operations
