Pearson has worked for SMG3 since 2014, starting out as a Client Experience Coordinator in the operations department where she focused on supporting the sales team. She then worked her way up to Senior Coordinator, taking on more responsibilities through project management, and order tracking and processing, along with creating opportunities in the sales system. She has played a critical role in coordinating the success of several massive rollouts, working in unison with other departments to deliver devices for key SMG3 stakeholders. Pearson has also held an active position on SMG3’s “Be The Good” Committee, often setting up charitable drives and events to better the local community.
“I appreciate all of the wonderful people who have made SMG3 such a great place to work,” said Pearson. “With over 5 years in this organization, I am thrilled to continue expanding my career path and take on more of a leadership position in 2019.”
Most recently, Pearson took charge of SMG3’s donation for National Shoe The World Day, where employees were encouraged to drop off new and lightly used shoes to be given away to those in need.
Prior to SMG3, Pearson established a reputation for excellent customer and co-worker relations in various industries including steel, electric utility, telecommuting, and banking.
