Job Summary

The HubSpot Specialist role will be to provide help to grow our business via HubSpot. The HubSpot specialist will need to have a deep understanding of HubSpot’s platform functions. We are looking for the HubSpot Specialist to adapt to the SMG3 team needs and delivers a strong experiential value through continuous problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with HubSpot, and understanding Marketing and Sales techniques  
  • Ability to communicate with the Marketing, Sales and Technical Service teams to ensure team is taking advantage of the platform’s full benefits 
  • Ability to give close attention to detail and remain calm under stressful situations
  • Willingness and desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Are self-motivated
  • Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects at once, and respond to changing and new projects and priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or HubSpot Certified
  • 2-3 years of background experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Documentation creation (training related or other)
  • Optimize HubSpot to align to business needs
  • Troubleshoot, data cleansing, and overall data analysis
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B marketing
  • Build and design a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
  • Generate and grow qualified leads by enhancing experience of those interacting with website
  • Establish closed-loop analytics
  • Researching updated HubSpot releases of the latest version of the platform

Position Type:

Full-Time (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)
